Three healthy meals a day, plenty of water and enough sleep – it may sound so obvious, but sometimes we’re so busy being busy that we forget to be good to ourselves. If we don’t take care of ourselves properly we’re not only less productive but, eventually, we burn out. Look after you first and your work/kids/social life/hobbies/all of the above will follow.
