I am so very guilty of trying to juggle too much – and I am seriously considering a cleaner on the other hand I am contemplating putting my little one into 3 or so full days at a nursery which will free up time for me (fingers crossed) and be great for her. Decisions, decisions… I know I need to do the best by my child but seriously the thought of walking in through the door to a sparkling house I did not have to scrub myself.. Heaven. :-)

You said you were hiring a cleaner. I think this is a SMART move. And when the time comes for procreation, accept that things will have to shuffle around a bit and don’t be afraid to accept help (either paying for it or accepting offers from friends and family). I am guilty of having far too much pride and trying to do everything myself… and it’s just not worth it!!

Just need to get the new house in order (actually hubby is doing a fantastic job of whilst I, as you, spend my life in front of my laptop or in meetings / Skyping) and I will be hiring a cleaner. I don’t want to live in a pigsty and I’m at the point of accepting I can’t do it / don’t really want to on top of the million and one things I do want to do and achieve in this lifetime. Plus, feeling like you have to have / do it all is exhausting.
