Project Pretty as a Picture #12 – patience is a virtue
Ever heard the saying that good things come to those who wait? This beautiful bouquet didn’t just appear, seeds were planted – seeds turned to saplings which were tended to lovingly with absolutely no immediate results apart from painstakingly slow growth. Eventually they turned into a plant and, one year, as if overnight, the plant flowered. But it didn’t happen overnight – it took years of hard work, dedication, belief and patience.
If you’re trying to start something – a relationship, a job, a business, a creative project, it may seem like your efforts aren’t yielding any results – but little roots have to grow. Everyone starts somewhere, so hang in there, keep putting in the time and effort and eventually you’ll harvest the most beautiful crop of blooms.
