Why do we want to help?
Here at Under the Vintage Veil, we know just what it’s like for new businesses out there. It was just two short years ago that we were newbies in a sea of wedding pretty, trying to stand out from the crowd and find the right way to get the word out about what we do.
Our journey to get to where we are now means that we understand just how important it is for businesses to be able to shout about what they do and reach the right audience.
We also know that, for a business starting out or trying to get to the next level, large, up-front advertising fees can be a killer, especially when you’re self employed and you don’t get paid a monthly wage. But no exposure can mean that it’s harder to get noticed, which means no advertising budget and nobody wins.
We bloody love this wedding industry and the community spirit that comes with it, it’s what made us, and want to give the amazing companies in this sector the same opportunity that we had to grow and become the best they can be.
What are we offering?
So we’re thrilled to announce that, effective immediately, any new or renewing sponsor will have the option of paying for our longer-term advertising slots in monthly instalments for the running duration of their banner advertisement.
What are the benefits?
Our one-month taster deals will still be on offer, but with our traffic soaring month-on-month, and an upcoming rebrand already proving to be a popular draw for brides, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to keep our prices for new sponsors the same every month.
By committing to a longer-term advertising plan, sponsors can ensure that they will pay the same price for the duration of their contract, regardless of whether or not our prices go up in that time.
However, while this is designed to help small businesses get on board for a longer period of time and reap the rewards of securing a slot that will increase in value, a bulk payment can sometimes be intimidating for a sole trader or small company. That’s why we’re offering the same commitment with a smaller, monthly instalment plan. Your slot will be secure, but without any large payments to worry about.
How do I sign up?
As with all our sponsors, drop John (email@example.com) an email with a little bit of information about you. We will then have a look and make sure that we’re a right fit for each other, as we want everyone to get the most possible out of their advertising budget.
If we all think we’d be a great team, John will get back in touch with a media pack that contains our web statistics, information about us and our current prices, including the new instalment scheme.
If you see something you like and a slot is available in your category, then John will talk you through what we need from you and how to create a stand-out ad that will generate a large number of click throughs and catch the attention of our lovely brides and grooms.
