OK – you caught me! I can’t resist a Brighton backdrop! But these photos are so beautifully artistic I’m sure I wouldn’t have been able to say no anyway! Check out the amazing merry-go-round shots with the background moving and the couple staying perfectly still! I wish I could do that. And it’s shot by one of my all-time favourite photographers, Emma Lucy Photography! What a win for the start of a sunny week. And here’s Emma to tell you all about the shoot:
“Sarah and Gareth are a creative couple originally from Derby but living in London, both with cool jobs. They’ve booked me for their Marylebone wedding and we wanted to get together and do a fun, creative session beforehand. I live in Brighton and Sarah and Gareth were coming down for the Great Escape festival so we thought we’d combine the two. You see a lot of shoots on Brighton seafront but we really wanted to do something different and colourful.
The shoot actually took place in two parts as the heavens opened 20 minutes after we met up on the first day – nightmare! Luckily the sun made an appearance the next day. Time flew by as we chatted and tried out various locations. I hope you love this shoot as much as we had fun doing it!”
